No internet connection. Spent the last hour on the phone with the customer service in India that was pretending to try to fix the service. In the end they told me there’s a problem with lines and technicians are working on it and it will take up to 7 days for the service to be restored. They wasted my time lying despite the fact that they already knew about the problem. I was then referred to someone in Australia as I requested for service cancellation. The lady on the phone informed me that they won’t refund me any money and that I should wait till the end of the month. In case service isn’t restored by the end of the month, they can then refund the payment for the month. Imagine someone telling you to live without internet for a whole month and trying to sound so logical. I then requested to talk to the supervisor and Surprise Surprise ! There s only one manager available and currently busy with other customers. When I asked for a callback, I was told that a supervisor will be in touch with me in 2 to 5 days to discuss the refund. 2 to 5 days for a call back! What a service!!!!
