No NBN internet service since 6.00pm on 14/8/17 ( been working fine all day ) yet as usual Spintel say there is no system outage.

No ADSL+2 since 2pm. Called Spintel but the problem hasn't been solved. I've told by their customer service their ADSL works really well. So, it seems the problem is my computer/ router. Got a new router but the problem is still there. After 30 minutes waiting and another 30 minutes consulting with their technicians. Finally my service fault has been lodged...... They always blame on computer, router, phone line, wireless, LAN, plug..... not the internet provider.

@SpinTelAU Can you guys have a look at your primetime congestion? Losing 10Mbps 5-10pm sort of destroys the point of having broadband.
