I've tried to connect to your mobile network but after trying to request to keep an existing phone number I get the error message 'Oops, something went wrong'. Then I tried to connect without transferring my existing number and after inserting the sim number I get the message 'Oops, something went wrong'. So I tried your support page and looked for anything to do with 'trouble connecting with a new sim'. 'Oops, something went wrong'. Are you experiencing technical difficulties? then I tried to contact you via your contact icon. After logging in all of my details, guess what. 'Oops, something went wrong'. I tried to connect yesterday and received the same message. The next page asks for a phone number to call me on. That's the problem! I don't have a phone connection. you can contact me on scottlintern1970@gmail.com and I can view my messages the next time I'm in a free wifi area.
