It should concern potential customers that Exetel takes $181 out of your bank account. Then does nothing.

Your service is hopeless. You incorrectly charge me a $181.50 cancellation fee, then proceed to keep charging me for my active service. How is this even possible in your system?

My homephone has started to work again. The number seems active again. Can get calls in and out. Still disappointed the fact Exetel has refused to offer customer service. Have given 30 days notice and will still continue with churn. Is a joke when companies refuse to assist their customers. Thanks for nothing.

Still waiting. Any chance of customer service? Be nice to recieve customer service. Seems the only thing Exetel care about is recieving payment but not offering the service. All we want is our home phone to work, but guesss my expectations are too high.

We have been receiving SPAM telephone calls from a company trading in Indonesia called FM Trader. We have made many complaints to ACMA but they say only the carrier can do something about it. Why then EXETEL do you DECLINE to do the same as Telstra is required to do. I think when our service is shortly due to renew, it will not be with exetel. You should block incoming calls to Australia that use these numbers and warn people they are potential scam victims (02) 6145 2522, (02) 8015 5259, (08) 7070 6145, +44 20 3150 0126, +44 20 3150 689 (03) 5234 5056, (02) 4326 0651, (02) 6152 8639. We'll be supporting Telstra who does what is required.
