OUR LANDLINE PHONE IS DEAD......we had Tandem company on our property on Wednesday this week......installed new NBN equipment ready for the line to come to our property. They cut the line to my computer/internet and now we have discovered yesterday ( Friday 19/7 ) that the land line is cut or not operating. Our number is 03 98774725

How can a major ISP like IINET allow such a disastrous event to occur and even more not to be able to sort out the issue QUICKLY. I have been without internet for we'll over 24 hours. How do you expect me to run a business without internet?? And....you still cannot advise when the system will be back on line!!
